In Chaos Theory, the Butterfly Effect is:" the sensitive dependence on initial conditions in which a small change in one state of a deterministic, nonlinear system can result in large differences in a larger state."
In other words, a butterfly flapping its wings in Texas can cause a typhoon later in the Sea of Japan . Seems crazy, eh?
Perhaps a more disastrous, real life example will lend perspective and understanding; in mid-20th Century America, an 18 year old hippie girl in a Honolulu college had sex with an older, alcoholic, c*******t Kenyan politician on a student visa, who had a wife and child starving back in Africa.
And from this unfortunate meeting of sperm and egg comes the collapse and dissolution of the United States of America in the 21st Century.

Now you've done it. Every far left nut job will want butterflies placed on the protected species list. The up side would be that the nut jobs will be easier to spot. They will all have bug nets in hand so they may catch, manipulate and control the little bastards. In doing so they will have a handle on what they cherish most, chaos.
