Sounds like a great plan to me. The first proposal I've heard to tackle the debt problem head on. Start dismantling programs instead of growing them. Do away with the DOE and let the states handle that. Change to a fair tax type of plan and cut the IRS to a fraction of what it is now. It's a good way to start.
