Gun Control and ignorance

Democrats want gun control and what else? What is known from events? Well we know that the majority of tragedies have one common thread. Gun Free Zones The other thing is the age of the murders. 17 to 32. These are proven facts. Who do gun people don't address these obvious examples proven over years. The military also reflects this.
Leads me to wonder what is gun control people's real goal? Democrats are supposed to be the brightest in the country, then why not use available resources and facts to resolve this problem?
What do you think? Cul I be correct?

To me gun control is a means to an end. If law abiding citizens give up their right to own a gun, does anyone believe criminals will. I don't think it is about crime at all. I believe it based in fear. A government that does not respond to the wishes of any of its' citizens must fear there is but one option left: torches and pitch forks.

This government fears with armed citizens will come revolution. I doubt it is possible but our government believes better safe than sorry. I believe it was Lenin who said, "one man with a gun can control one hundred men without guns"

I believe gun control is more about power and control of the masses than crime.

I think I can help you out re "what is gun control people's real goal?" The answer is twofold: CONTROL OF OTHERS AND V**ES
Their insipid irrationality has NOTHING to do with caring, sympathy, safety, improving society........it has to do with a sick desire to control everyone else, thereby leaving them the masters of the nation. The dumbing down of students in public schools ties into this sickness: make the people dumb enough to fall for the fairytale the left spoon feeds them to the point that they actually get control of everything and everyone - and that is when the simpletons get k**led off at the first sign of trouble. IF one of them dares to THINK, he won't last long in the land of CONTROL. Poor, ignorant saps.

I think I can help you out re "what is gun control people's real goal?" The answer is twofold: CONTROL OF OTHERS AND V**ES

Guns are made and sold legitimately by the manufacturers to their immediate, known customers. Many of them end up in the hands of criminals. At some point, dishonest people are selling them to criminals. At that point, there is a failure in the system to hold dishonest people responsible. Those who refuse to remedy that failure are responsible for all the crimes committed with guns.

The worst crime of all is the dishonesty of those who, refusing to accept that responsibility, claim to be patriotic defenders of the Constitution.

Presidents and their Administrations have all sorts of psychiatrists and mental health pros on call. When you want a docile population, you do it by increments. A once free people gives up one right after another, till finally, they surrender their means of self-defense and entrust this, also, to the "AUTHORITIES." This is the final step on the path to sheeplehood. Crime control is nothing more than a catchphrase, like the "hook" on a popular song or advertising campaign. It is about control, even if some of the flunkies are convinced otherwise.

Good idea,,,, and lets sue the marijuana dealers who sold the marijuana,,, a driver, a thief, a criminal had in his bloodstream......

fair is fair,,,, that product is liable,,, and those who sold it,, responsible for what was done with it,,,,even if it were stolen or sold illegally

If what you suggest is true, why aren't the authorities arresting people for selling them to criminals - and how did you learn of this -

Let's decriminalize drugs for adults and reduce the value of all addictive drugs to zero by making sure that every registered addict gets a free fix in a local clinic. And give a life sentence without parole to any adult who coveys any drug to a minor not in his family.

How to pay for the clinics and their workers? The savings from the cost of crime and punishment will cover it completely with a fortune left over.

Doesnt alter the responsibility for what some drugged out a-shole does while using the drugs you sold him,,, legally or otherwise,,,,

Whomever sold those drugs,,,,, as a way to make money, then shares the responsibility for what any perp does with them,,,,

That is the same deal you are giving the gun dealers............
