And it doesn't have to be an indictment. That would bring Obama's questionable judgement into question. It could be that Obama dangles an Executive Privilege Order in front of Hillary, which could probably keep Hillary out of jail like it kept Holder out, and also give her an excuse not to testify. This could be in exchange for her to decide to bail.

Obama has Reagan-Envy. Reagan was able to get his VP elected on his popularity and success. Reagan is a legend in history, and Obama is a legend in his own mind.

Getting Hillary out without getting the facts out suits Obama's legacy quest. And that's all that matters to him.

From what I hear, not yet. But he is speaking to donors quite a bit, according to news clips.

My guess is that he'll have a bunch off donors splash a bunch of cash out quickly after his announcement to make himself look more viable as a candidate. This is regardless of whether or not Hillary is already in deep doo-doo.

I suspect zero and her are on the same merry-go-round when it comes to t*****rous activities so it would be a Mexican stand-off. However I still contend her greatest exposure for a long term prison sentence centers around her trading favors and preferential treatment to those countries and individuals who paid billy boy outlandish speaking fee's. They are so corrupt it's hard to pin down one example but that undoubtedly played into the server mess she's in. Only a fool would know come to the conclusion it was designed to hide something.

Interesting comment. I was thinking the same thing this morning. We can be certain that Obama knows the status of the FBI investigation and if Joe opts in it's because they know Hillary is going to be wearing the Orange. Hopefully Obama will eventually join her.
