OK. I'm going to give the most positive interpretation I can muster from this cartoon.
A bunch of people (who may or may not be gay) are so bent on being deeply unhappy that it takes a rainbow steamroller driven by happy, gay folks to get them to realize they have been following a very dark path in their lives.

Maybe people being forced to love gays? The previous steamroller wheel was black, the current steamroller is for the gays, the shortly upcoming will be for the Allah.
