http://youtu.be/tcXU7G6zhjU I removed the "s" - enabling your link to activate, Alicia, not realizing you'd subsequently done so..
Beautiful video of a beautiful creature. Thank you for posting it.
I do believe we were all created by the same all powerful God, each to reproduce "after its own kind."
Being "good stewards" of the earth is a special blessing to ourselves, and our fellow occupants.
The whale seemed friendly To think of hunting them seems very wrong.

Really cool and yes, I do believe all animals communicate in some capacity..........

Thank you for the correction. It did seem as if the whale was thanking its saviors and displaying it through its joy. There are so many instances where members of diverse species display empathy. To me it looks like a god is not necessary for all creatures to get along. I have seen videos in which a leopard, after k*****g an adult chimp for food, upon discovering a newborn, took care of it.
I firmly believe that if there were a creator, he made the biggest mistake in leaving the well-being of this world in human hands. Throughout the history of this planet humans (especially those of Caucasian European ancestry) have caused the disappearance of many species of creatures in the name of greed. There is not another creature that will foul its living quarters and declare war for the purpose of riches. Yup! I believe a mistake was definitely made.

Just yesterday I viewed a video with five people (who professed to love bacon), after holding a very young piglet, decided they no longer cared for bacon. Perhaps we should learn a bit more about our fellow creatures and learn that, with the exception of needing them for our own life, can show some empathy. Of course, I'm referring to the beef and pork factories, as well as chicken factories, where the inhabitants receive terrible treatment before they're k**led.
I do believe that horrible treatment has its effect on the creature to the extent that those partaking of the flesh are spiritually receiving the results of poor treatment. How can we thrive when we are being fed unhealthy flesh.
When I was young we placed an order at the chicken market. Up until the slaughter, the chicken was alive and treated well. Especially in the Thanksgiving season, I absolutely will not purchase a turkey. The mass slaughter is done so that the owners won't lose money by running out of turkeys. Have you ever seen how many cadavers are thrown in the dumpster after the holiday shopping is over?
This was nothing short of awesome! What a show of appreciation she gave them. Once in a lifetime stuff. :-D
