TUESDAY PRAYER NEEDS - 10/6/15
GOOD NEWS
Singularity has been in the proverbial seventh heaven regarding her first grandchild. We thank the Lord that all went well for momma and baby, and rejoice with Singularity for the excitement this has brought into her life. She has posted the newest photo of her darling baby, in her Harvest Festival Costume. It most certainly is Precious!
LindaJoy received a CAT Scan, in which a small blood clot was found, she was put on coumadin. Three days later another Cat was preformed and found the clot had been dissolved. She will be taking the drug for another month just to be sure no more clots, and no more headaches. Hooray!
AuntiE and family are greatly relieved that the east coast storm has passed their area, and did not leave their basement an indoor swimming pool.
Searching is also in the same area, I have not heard from her, but let us pray they survived as well.
We are happy for all who have received little or no damage from the high winds, and flooding caused by the torrential rains. Thank You Lord.
NEEDS
Drugs are a scourge of our generation, drugs or alcohol, don't give up on prayer for anyone you know who is in need. All families who are affected by either of these factors, can use our prayers.
Roxy can use continued prayer as she is looking to more surgery come fall, and she has been in a lot of pain recently. Let's keep her in our prayers.
Alabuck's brother went to court to obtain custody of their granddaughter from their ex-daughter-in-law who is a drug addict, the one whose baby was born addicted and in such trauma. The judge ruled that, since there was no evidence that the granddaughter was not currently, in any 'eminent danger' to her safety/ health, that custody remains with her mother. The justification being that it is the duty of the court to try preserve the family structure if at all possible. The earlier DCS reports of the mother's drug use throughout her pregnancy, which left her baby an addict, all these reports mysteriously vanished from the folder of documents that the judge was to have used to make the determination. Who was responsible, for the misplaced documents, is unproven. His brother and wife are greatly disappointed. At least they will be allowed to their granddaughter for the weekend, but future visitations are at the discretion of the children's mother. We pray the visitations will continue.
Missinglink would appreciate prayers for his brother-in-law, who has been placed in Hospice to receive care because of cancer. They are stout Christians, keep the entire family in prayer as well
LindaJoy's Aunt Nancy continues to hang on, she has cancer and is being cared for by Hospice. The pain for the family is extremely wearing, keep all in prayer.
Slatten's grandson, Christopher, continues the same. This is very hard on the family, keep all in prayer.
Manny and Barbara are together and remain the same.
RockKnutne would like prayer for his precious sister, and prayer for his back problems.
Loki is another who suffers from back problems.
Our NPP has had some serious back problems of late.
Armageddun's dear wife has been suffering from fibromyalgia and we pray her new diet will bring her welcomed relief. We are in prayer for your dear Sue, Armi.
NanaSue also suffers from fibromyalgia, plus she cares for her Tim, who has become more difficult since his stroke. She also cares for her grandchildren. Her daughter, and son-in-law have obtained minor jobs, but finances are tight. She also needs prayer, that she is able to find a good attorney who will fight for Tim's disability insurance to be paid.
Docadhoc has a personal health need for healing post surgery., and thanks all for their prayers.
Gapamen also needs prayer for healing post surgery, to enable her to look for some type of work. Keep both of these needs in prayer.
He daughter has been negatively affected by her father's departure, and has been quite troubled. Gapa will be taking her to the doctor tomorrow, hopefully counseling will be provided. Keep both mother and daughter in prayer.
Keep in prayer that her husband will reconsider and return to his wife and daughter. That would be a blessing.
NPP and SWMBO are out of town, so pray they have safe travel, and that all is well with the children they have been working with.
CantBelieve has not made contact with anyone, keep them in prayer.
Rufus has not been around lately, he is in need of our prayers.
Singularity has been detained from a trip to see her new grandbaby due to a transmission issue in her car. We pray it will require only a minor fix.
We have a couple of fellows looking for the right companion. God truly blesses us when we have a compatible partner.
BearK (that's me) has been exceedingly tired of late. The doctor put me on monthly Vitamin B shots, and it helped, but I remain so tired. I sincerely appreciate your prayers.
Be with our troops, particularly the ones facing enemy forces. Keep them safe, and keep them and their families in Your care. We pray in Jesus name, thanking You, and praising You.
Keep our churches on message Lord, the message of the Bible and let their 'business' side take care of itself. Their real business is to lead Your flock, have it be with the truth. They have come under fire, Lord. Now is the time, for pastors to take a stand and ALL Christians to equally stand with them. Let us NOT bow to POLITICAL CORRECTNESS and deny what Your Word says. We have now seen the killings of professed Christians, Lord continue to bless us with the courage to stand up for you - we will need it.
If the Lord doesn't answer your prayer right away, don't be a quitter, continue to stand on His Word, and continue to thank Him for your healing, and for the answer to your prayer. DON'T GIVE UP. continue to praise the Lord!
Also, remember, if you receive a word for someone, never just slough it off, it just may bring comfort to them.
Lord, first we ask that You forgive us our sins, next we ask that You come into our lives and touch us. Touch us Lord with Your healing hand, increase patience and fortitude where needed, increase our faith to know You are there, to know You hear us, and You care. Thank You, Lord for watching over each of us. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
