I believe Comcast Cable Company is violating my right to purchase and maintain Cable/Internet Services as a result of various audits on Barton Cable Company in Detroit Michigan. These same federal audits and closures also affected BET Black Entertainment Television, MTV Music Television, and channels 2, 4, 7, Fox 50, and channel 20. Every since the Federal audit and closure on the name companies I've been consistently experiencing problems with purchasing and keeping cable and internet services. This Xfinity Bundle Package is for the first 12 months of cable and internet service.

Just recently August 27, 2015 I purchased an Xfinity Bundle Package Offering me a fix monthly rate for Cable and Internet Service including free installation. View the purchase summary:

My order self installation kit arrived on September 4, 2015 when I receive my Xfinity Modem and Motorola Cable Box I complained that the Motorola Cable Box is not the merchandise I ordered and requested technical assistance from Xfinity. I later learned that Xfinity is contracted with both Motorola and Comcast. I received over charges because I didn't receive the merchandise I ordered in the first place.

I need a honest opinion!

Cable companies are organized crime syndicates, as far as I'm concerned. I have basic cable with Starz and Encore added. My basic cable rate is 49.95, then they charge $11 extra for a digital receiver, making it $21 for the receiver. I asked for a non digital receiver and they replied that there is no such thing, as the signal is all digital. So, when I asked why I'm paying MORE for a digital receiver when the signal is digital to begin with and that's the ONLY receiver they have, the reply was " I don't know, that's just the way it is".

In my Opinion, they're just soaking their customers for an extra $11, as there IS no $10 receiver. The State and County are probably aware of these added charges, but let them slide - because their taxes are point of sale taxes - and they get paid off of the total.

Here's another example of fraud; basic cable - $39,95. Digital value pack - $49.95, but there is no non digital cable, so they're getting another $10 for nothing. I asked to go to basic cable and was told that I HAD basic cable. I then asked for the $39.95 cable and they said that since they went all digital - it was no longer available - yet they still advertise basic cable for $39.95.

Crooks, the lot of them.

Not only is Comcast (Xfinity) advertising a fraudulent bundle service but they're company mailed me my Xfinity Modem and Motorola (Xfinity) Cable Box (Receiver) from Charlotte North Carolina and Xfinity (Comcast) have a service center and warehouse in Grand Rapids Michigan. What a Gimmick!!!!

I Julia Miller am writing to discontinue my Xfinity (Comcast) cable/internet service at this time for one thing the expense is to high and I can’t afford to pay $169.98 in over charges per month secondary to my bundle price. Secondly, I believe that Xfinity (Comcast) is unfairly over charging me for cable/internet service from September 8, 2015 through September 30, 2015. I decided to find a less expensive cable/internet service provider and I am returning my Xfinity/Motorola Cable Box and Modem through the United States Parcel Services Return of Service on Friday October 2, 2015.

I’m detesting the billing statement Comcast (Xfinity) forwarded to me email at Annjm69@comcast.net because I feel these charges are in excess of the bundle package I purchased with Xfinity and I am going to dispute the t***saction. I no longer want to purchase cable/internet services with Comcast (Xfinity) or Motorola.

Also, I understand there's not a Usage Charge for the State of Michigan therefore I should be receiving unlimited access. My bill should not be $169.98 I should be paying much less in fact, I should be paying a flat rate. for the first 12 months of service. The following is a introduction to the Data Usage Plans for Xfinity Comcast and Michigan is not included in the trial monthly plan. Therefore my bill should not be $169.98 it should be much less.

I believe that various employee's of the Urban League Battle Creek Michigan 49017 hijacked my personal computer and is accessing my email account and other personal information stored on my computer. I also believe that employee's of the Urban league of Battle Creek Michigan are using my personal information to steal and cash checks in my identification issued from the Internal Revenue Services, Calhoun County Department of Human Services, and use my medicaid card committing various incidents of false billing. In fact, these same employee's of the Battle Creek Urban league 49017 are former employee's of Circuit City Electronic Store on fort Rd. in Dearborn Michigan which is audited and closed down as an ending result of fraud and quicken loans agency. Dearborn is a city in the State of Michigan. It is located in Wayne County and is part of the Detroit metropolitan area. Dearborn is the eighth largest city in the State of Michigan. As of the 2010 census, it had a population of 98,153.

I once worked for Comcast in their office as a Customer Service Agent. Every day I received calls from people who had been promised one thing and received another. In addition, their sales people lied to the customers quoting a reduced price in a particular service. The customer was never told that the reduced price on the service they ordered was only available if the customer also purchased another service. I couldn't bear that atmosphere and quit. I would never do business with Comcast.. They are in the business of c***ting the public.
