Very cool..things such as our planetary alignment and adjoining planets etc have always interested me...
We see so much more with the technology we now have, yet not near what is truly out there......Even when looking in "light years"....
Thank You for posting this.. I loved going through it.

You're very welcome. I gained a true interest in science in HS when, in the physics class, I almost decided to change my major - which means changing schools as well.

Ironically for me, Science I loved, history bored me..Now I can not get enough of it....
If I may, are you now happy that you did not change majors? May I ask what you majored in??

I majored in music at the High of Performing Arts in NYC. Through that experience I pursued the study of dance, zeroing in , eventually, on Flamenco. Had a darned good time what with traveling with companies. I still wonder though as I am a bit envious even though both areas demand creativity. I still pursue knowledge in the sciences.
Re: history. I detested it until I had a foreign professor who actually made it come to life. He suggested I read the biogaphy of Napoleon written by a Frenchman. Quite a difference in approach. It was interesting that Napoleon gained the loyalty of his troops because, even after a long time, he could speak with one of the "regulars" and recall his name and was able to inquire after each one's family - by name.
Very nice. thanks
If you like this kind of stuff I've posted the below link. You just put in your email address and when the space
station you can naked eye it and see sections. With regular field glasses it is just incredible. Just get away from
city lights best you can, look at the direction you were givin and on the exact dot, it rolls over you all lit up.
Anyway, here ya go. It's simple
