Weekly Update from Dinesh D'Souza

Dear Friends,

In a world crying out for moral leadership, the Pope should speak less about his inane indignation that the climate is changing and more about a******n, homosexual marriage, persecution of Christians in the Middle East, and other real issues in our time. I'd like to see the Pope be the Church's representative to the world, not the world's representative to the Church!

The Pope's concern for the poor and the marginalized is completely appropriate, but his affinities for Cuban-style socialism, tyranny, and overregulation are not. Shouldn't the Pope instead value technological capitalism, the greatest mechanism of poverty alleviation the world has ever seen?

The Pope didn't completely capitulate to a progressive agenda during his visit, though. While in D.C., he stopped by to show his support for the nuns suing the government over Obamacare, perhaps a little payback for the t**********e ambush that Obama inflicted on him earlier. Liberals also aren't quite so pleased with him for canonizing missionary priest Junipero Serra who converted thousands of native Americans.

Here's the bottom line: while we all fall short of God's perfect standards, progressives are distinguished from us by their insistence in calling what is wrong, right.

I'll be speaking more about the failures of the progressive ideology next month in Houston, and I hope you can join me! I'll be delivering the keynote at the Spirit Of Freedom Republican Women's PAC gala event. My fiancee, Debbie Fancher, will be singing "God Bless America" to open the event, and I'll be having dinner with the attendees. Hope to see you there! Tickets are only on sale until October 12, so reserve your seat now!

That is a very good start my man. What are your thoughts on the Pope's scolding congress about our guns which is what is between us & total Tyranny?

This Popes a hypocrite of the highest magnitude. Talks about capitalism as evil but comes from the most crony capitalist society in South America. Talks about how the US should do more for the poor while he lives in the Vatican which if it was a country would be one of the richest in the world. Talks about immigration like we should do more. We have over a million legal immigrants a year. That's more than the rest of the world combined. He's turned into a politician. C*****e c****e is just a code word for taking money from rich wealthy countries and distributing it to poor countries. If the Pope is seen as helping in that regard he might get more converts. The gun thing really ticks me off. If you want to Pope ask all the Catholics to turn in their guns if they want. Leave the rest of us alone.

The only thing I agreed with the Pope on is that we have to get out of these crazy wars that we've been in since 2002. The crap really started with the First Gulf war under Daddy Bush. Other than that Mr. Pope is just too far left for me.

He's pushing a socialist agenda regardless of what he says about capitalism.

=====================
I am a Catholic Christian and I agree with D' Sousa's analysis on the Pope's message. Overall, the Pope has exemplified caring and loving the people of God, most especially the weak and vulnerable.

But I think the Pope has fallen short of understanding about science and technology that enhances overall lives of mankind including the poor and the weakest. We must be thankful to God, the wisdom and knowledge God has provided science in order to develop and to alleviate the difficulties of human lives.

The most pressing problems facing us today are the growing threats of liberalism, socialism, and the Muslim ideologies that harass, and eradicate all Christians, and their ancient history to extinctions in order to control that the world belongs to the Islam faith alone.

The Pope must have articulated clearly to the US administration put enormous responsibilities in defending the rights of those who are weak especially the Christians k**led to extinction in the Middle East.

The Pope while discussing c*****e c****e must have articulated a balance approach to control c*****e c****e. He must have addressed and recognized that c*****e c****e control must balance technology and science to use in order to develop resources and ways to meet the needs of man and nature.

That science and technology must work together in order to advance modern ways of lives to provide jobs and resources for all men. The jobs that these science and technology provide help mostly the vulnerable for providing jobs, and improve processes, for modern medical care, and overall enhancing our lifestyle instead of retaining the stone age.

The Pope failed to mention that the immigration issue has also very damaging effects to the Christian world most especially welcoming the Muslim refugees, whose goals and objectives are not to contribute and embrace this country but to destroy and possess as their own. It has been proven time and time again, that their ideology conflicts with the civilized world. They don’t contribute or change, but destroy those who are different from them. It is the order of their Koran.

The Pope failed to mention that the Middle East and Arab countries must share the responsibilities of taking care of the Muslims refugees like the rich Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Iran and Egypt. But none of these countries are helping their own people, but rather drove them to the compassionate Christian countries to spread their Islam ideologies.

The Pope failed to articulate that the US has also laws, to protect, to secure peace, and overall national security for our people. That while we embrace compassion, we must also protect the safety of our own people. He failed to mention that all i*****l i*******ts become the dependents of the hard working American people. He failed to appreciate the hard working American people who provide for them.

I see the Pope acting as a politician, and not a religious leader. As for infallibility, especially in matters of science, read about Copernicus.

All human beings are fallible. Only God is infallible. Although the Pope is most closer to God, but he is also a human being but God understands and forgives the Pope's weakness.

Your first two sentences I agree with. From there on, you lost me, and many others I'm sure. This man is not who he appears to be. You're about to see for yourself.
