I have not only seen a lot of remarks referencing our distrust for our President, I have taken part in that myself. But it occurs to me, instead of calling for "Impeachment" we should be calling for Prayer on behalf of the greatest God-Fearing nation on Earth.

This nation needs to repent for its bad behavior, and ignorance. It is murdering the unborn at an astounding rate, annually. We need to call to God's attention, "Not me Lord." Then pray for the correction that needs to be accomplished, by cleansing hearts and teaching minds.

This nation needs to repent for its failure to stand against the Homosexual expansion presently going on. It is growing at an alarming rate, because the Judges have lost their ability to judge righteously. Instead of grousing, we need to repent of our lack of prayer for the nation, the lack of repentance for standing silently while watching it unfold, and ask God to forgive our foolish ways; then correct whatever needs to be done, forgiving us for our ignorance and lack of involvement.

This nation needs to pray for a more spirited involvement in those things which are abominable to God, and speak out when we see atrocities in the making. We need to stand up and be counted. We need to take our places in the ranks and block public displays of ignorance and rebellion, after asking God to heal our own inequities in this regard.

We need desperately to pray for our leaders, that the fog of inability be lifted from their eyes, and they immediately begin to aggressively attack the wrongs that need to be righted, and pray for the president that he will be turned to God, and not continue in his path to destruction.

We need to honestly assess our own efforts to keep God in the forefront of the nations attention as we struggle in a world of men.

We need to learn to pray as we aught. And we need to learn it fast.

Will you pray with me.......

Each in his/her own words, each in his/her own way, each in the knowledge we can do better, and with a determination so to do???

Amen and Amen. We also need our preachers, ministers, pastors, priests, rabis, or whoever your leader is in your particular church or synagogue temple or wherever you worship to stand up and preach and teach the truth about these things. We have not been taught because more people come to feel good seeker service than they do from a service where they learn about right and wrong and how God will judge us. We also need those leaders of our spiritual lives to be able to also inform us about how they see the particular candidates and how they stack up according to Gods laws as well. We have to take the mussels off of our clergymen and allow them to preach the truth to their congregants and not be afraid of repercussions from our government.

Please Dear Lord, shut this man's mouth, give him rheumatoid arthritis so that he can never write again...free us from his bigotry, hate, misinformation and lies, free us today.

Dear, Dear misguided Soul;
Are you familiar with the bible at all? It is filled with promise, and with warning. If my position is correct, and there truly is a judgment after death; and if You stand before God in a truly magnificent effort to justify your life, and somewhere along the way, you find that My position is correct, and I had never tried to warn you of the wrath of God for such abhorrent behavior, wouldn't you think badly of me for not warning you?

I am not attempting to make you, or anyone else for that matter, follow my life pattern; God knows it has been hard enough for me, and I chose it. I would not even ask anyone to share it, let alone live it. But I most certainly would try to let everyone know of the promises and the warnings in a book in which I believe with my whole heart and my whole soul.

That is the entirety of my goal. To simply spare you and others of such a terrible end, simply because of my silence, when the warning might make a difference to even one brother under Adam.

And no, I do not take issue with your response, in fact, I would doubt your sincerity if you did otherwise. I only wish I had been able to somehow meet you in an earlier part of your life, when I might possibly have been of some influence, other than to stir your anger.

But, God is all about miracles. I pray he send one your way and cause you to actually open your eyes and heart to at least investigate what I am trying to spare you from.

God bless you and forgive you, and give you doubt about your safety net of false teaching. You know how to reach me if ever you need to have answers to questions that may trouble you.

"Self-righteous?" That would imply I am right. Where do you see that in my post?

Did you fail to see those little limiting parameters? "IF"
"IF" "IF?"

Therefore, IF my position is correct, I would spare you......

"I would spare you" is only what I wish IF my position is correct.

self righteous: having or characterized by a certainty, ESPECIALLY AN UNFOUNDED ONE, that one is totally correct or morally superior. It doesn't imply you're right: it implies that you're an arrogant, bloated, thoughtless jerk. A hypocrite...go on...keep running your mouth...typing your keyboard...as you said before "We'll let the READERS" decide..

By the way, why do WE collectively have to pray, you aren't loud enough, or because it's too late to fix it all, or God Forbid, you're wrong. Hopefully, you will lose sleep tonight trying to head around that...apparently my prayers didn't work either, since you're arthritis didn't kick in.

Well my prayer is that you will continue the dialogue to the point you begin to understand and see my point to be correct. So far, my prayer is working.

I don't have to believe it is a curse because I did not make it. If you don't believe it is a curse, you simply wasted your time uttering nonsense. I do not believe that just saying nonsense comprises a curse, but YOU said you "PRAYED" I get Arthritis - THAT makes it a curse, when you invoked God.

I was not the one who attempted to put a curse on another. It was YOUR post that contained the following:

Dear Lord, Please teach this man that you are not to be mocked, but do it with love, not vengeance, Amen.
