BadBobby is getting up there in years. I believe BB was the very first recruit for the U.S. Navy in October of 1775...and, it has struggled ever since. Its very survival depended upon the advent of the United States Marine Corps not long after, in November of 1775. It seems the Sailors couldn't fend for themselves.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, Senior Squid :!:

I believe that there are starter batches of sourdough, brought to the New World from England, that are younger than him. 8-)

BB may be getting older, but, I'll bet you a dollar to a donut that BB can still take both you and slatten on and make you roo the day you jerked his chain. After all, he is former Navy! 8-)

His most sterling quality is that of being a Texan.

I cut him some slack for that very reason :!:

So am I. But you know. Instead of beating on each other, we'd probably go look for a jarhead to mess with.

Sorry Grugore. I wasn't aware of your naval service. Allow me to thank you for your service!

Before we're done here, poor slatten's going to feel like he's on a deserted island all by himself. On second thought, seeing as how the Marines are a part of the Navy, we should allow him some slack; albeit very little. Once a 'jarhead,' always a 'jarhead.'

Why would you allow "slack" for one of the biggest slackers around? :?:     :?:

I almost joined the Marines once. But they rejected me. My head wouldn't fit in the jar.

Age is irrelevant.

Take me as an example.... I am only 25 at heart.... It was the shipping and handling that wore me down...

sigh....
