Planned Parenthood Considers Suing Over Undercover Videos

On Friday morning , The Hill put up a video of an exclusive interview with Planned Parenthood Executive Vice President Dawn Laguens, who said the group is considering all options, including suing, to stop the undercover video campaign that is destroying their public image.

In an exclusive interview with The Hill, Planned Parenthood Executive Vice President Dawn Laguens said she believes the videos are illegal and that her organization is "considering everything" in going after the Center for Medical Progress, the group behind the videos.

"I absolutely do believe that they have violated laws in terms of how they secured these videos," she said in an interview at the group's Washington, D.C., headquarters. "But the fraud is also in how they have presented them and in the editing."

"We are considering everything," she said. "I'm not a lawyer — but everything is on the table when you look at these videos and the fraud and the conspiracy behind it."

Laguens makes one admission in the video that is particularly striking. "One in three women in America will have an a******n," she says. "In fact if every woman who had an a******n in this country stood up, this debate would be over."

So much for their favorite talking point about how small and insignificant a part of their business is about a******n, eh?

Her primary argument is the same we keep hearing from their supporters in media: editing. The idea the videos are edited deceptively or in a way that changes what is revealed by watching the full length video is a lie that has been debunked many times over, not least by, of all people, a pro-choice writer for liberal website Vox. The tired talking points continue to get more tired, but are apparently the only public defense the group can muster. So it should come as no surprise that they're going to try to sue, even though StemExpress already gave court a go and got spanked.

In the video, mouthpiece Laguens says that she thinks "people are really starting to see through this." LifeNews destroys this pathetic attempt to minimalize the damage already done.

So far, 12 states have responded to the Planned Parenthood videos and launched investigations into their a******n and organ harvesting business including South Carolina, Florida, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Kansas, Missouri, Arizona, Indiana, Ohio, Georgia, Texas and Louisiana. The district attorney in Houston Texas is also investigating after the Houston-based Planned Parenthood a******n facility was caught selling aborted babies.

Congress has expanded its investigation into the Planned Parenthood a******n business and five states have revoked taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood’s a******n business, including Utah, Arkansas, Alabama, New Hampshire and Louisiana and Iowa’s governor has ordered a review of Planned Parenthood funding.

The absurdity of Planned Parenthood waxing indignant over lawbreaking is almost too much bear, in light of their multiple on-camera admissions of several federal laws.

It's time to shut down Planned Parenthood.

Kinda hard for Libbies to deflect this one. Even if getting the tapes and distributing them is deemed illegal, their atrocities are out there and can never be unseen. Nor will they be ignored by any decent individual.

Unfortunately, the decent individuals are not running our country.

There are a lot of Decent People in this country. It is this decency that is used against them, for a while longer. There will be a reckoning, good or bad. It cannot be delayed forever, and the time for it is coming soon, I think.
