No more spiritual conferences talking about religious e******y and freedom; Islamic terrorism is war, not freedom of speech. It needs to be condemned and not given any air to breathe...or breed. Raping children, beheading any opposition, k*****g innocence: Enough! Their extremist actions come directly from the Koran. If an edge is gained anywhere, the supposed "peaceful ones" will solidify it. Not of Islam? Their book says convert or die? Very Simple. Islam is a direct enemy of humanity, pure and simple. But how to deal with this enormous threat that is a few inches taller than our domestic Right Wing Extremist.

God speaking through the prophet Isaiah said, " No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper."
The Apostle Paul said, "If God be for us, who can be against us"?
I must admit, I understand more clearly what the saying, "the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak" means. It would be very easy to panic with all the junk being spread. The common man has problems finding solid t***h politically.
There is much uncertainty in our country and the world today. one is tempted to be fearful because of all of the terrible predictions, economically and even spiritually.
When asked when the end would be, Jesus said even He didn't know.
The only prediction that makes sense is an economic crisis because of the years of uncontrolled spending not only by the government but also in the private sector. We have gone through a period of unprecedented greed and reckless spending. We are now having to pay the piper.
One gets the direction a people is going by two common businesses.
One: The rental storage business; when people buy so much they have to pay to store what they don't use that is greed.
Two: The growing number of pawn shops; A person pays a premium price for an article then finds that they are willing to almost give it away to make ends meet or to spend money on more needless toys.
The only good news about what is going on in our world today is that the Bible is proving its t***h and relevance almost daily.
My redneck advice, is give your heart to God, because, if you don't, the world, the flesh, or the devil is going to kick your butt totally.
Jesus once made a very challenging statement and the Bible says from that day forward many turned away. He asked the disciples, "will you leave me also"? Peter answered Him by saying, where can we go, you have the words of life?
I suppose that is my answer. I am a simple person, with a childlike faith.
I am trusting in God to do the right thing at the right time.
I am surprised you would ask me my opinion. :!: :!: :!: :!: :!:
