The list of "things" that are threatening us, is too large to print here and by "things", I am referring to those items presented to us on a daily basis. We are presented daily with a check off list of current threats, ISIS, deficits, storms, drought, fires, internet hackers, fraudsters, poorly manufactured/designed products, etc., etc. Sometimes, the media and/or politicians like to raise up old threats and give them new life, such as, Ebola, Ukraine invasion, v******tions, etc., etc.

To anyone listening to the entire list, it must seem that their demise is imminent; from black persons, mentally ill persons, industrial poisons, fatal automotive flaws, terrorist activity, etc., etc. That could very well lead an otherwise mentally healthy person, to becoming a paranoiac, scared to leave the house and scared to stay in it, for fear of a home invasion by criminals OR police. I can understand going to a haunted house on Halloween, watching horror movies and bungee jumping, but do we really have to be scared out of our wits on a daily basis - just by watching TV?

The real tragedy is, although many of the deadly "things" listed everyday are indeed real, many of them are not and most of them are not imminent threats - but it serves the purposes of certain people - for us to believe they are. The most real and "danger close" threat we face, is already at work among us right this minute - and very few even realize it. I am referring to the "good American - bad American" phenomena, that's sweeping the country.

What was once a Nation of democracy loving folk, who minded their own business, for the most part, believed that every human had certain inalienable rights and once fought to preserve those rights for OTHERS - has become a Nation of "my way or the highway" folk, who believe that no one has a right to infringe on THEIR rights, but believe they have the right to infringe on OTHERS rights, if they are offended - and now fight to force/enforce their version of democracy onto others.

We are now a Nation of 100,000,000 different views on how the Nation should act here at home, overseas and on how it should conduct it's business - and 99,999,999 of them are enemies to us, bent on destroying OUR country. At least, that's how we act/react towards one another. We occasionally find others who believe closely enough with us that we can band together - and attack all others not of our company.

We have forgotten that we are ALL Americans, who are equal in every aspect and share many of the same goals, hopes and dreams - who just happen to disagree sometimes - on how to get to where we all want to be. Treating each other like "enemies of the State" should never have happened, but it did and we must put a stop to it. We must stop letting MSM determine our conversation topics and stop letting politicians, seeking PERSONAL power, set the tone of our conversations. We must stop our politicians from making the whole world our enemies and stop letting them make each of us enemies of each other.

We must stop the dividers from dividing us - for their own benefit - because it damn sure is no benefit to us. We must unite once again, to fight the real battle that's right in front of us - and that battle is against our own narcissistic tendencies, our own sense of entitlement and our own consciences. We must stop focusing on our differences - and embrace our similarities - or we are all doomed to failure.

Sad but true. First thing we have to do is take our country back from the banks and corporate control. Get rid of potus and half of congress. I had a scary sad conversation with my 25 year old son who said he will v**e for Hillary if she gets nomination. I listed off everything she has been suspected of doing: emails, bengazzi, murder, corruption and her f**e foundation. His answer was it was just a conspiracy by the GOP. I wanted to cry because he was so blinded to this woman's lies. Unfortunately I think there are still too many people just like him.

Kachina. I feel for you. I really do. I know someone who has been blinded by her sister, who is a dead brained lib. And I do mean dead brained. She really has mental issues, you can not have a rational discussion with her.
