Near a small town in Minnesota, a local hog farm had it's smoke house broken into and several items stolen. The whole town turned out to hunt for the thieves. Very shortly, the thieves were found, eating the very stolen items. The thieves were returned to town, where a public trials was held and, as they'd been caught consuming the stolen items, were convicted of the theft - after which, the town grilled and ate the thieves.
Now, before you go all shocked and horrified, remember this; it is a time honored American tradition, for communities and neighbors to gather together once in a while - to grill and eat ham burglars.
