my city was run by dems,now reps. took it over we now have the first city property tax in history,its been in place for 2 years,already talking about going up,want be long before we look like detroit,or chicago.

Oh so you were run by democrats and now the republicans are taking over. Very interesting. This is typical roy, in case you haven't noticed. First democrats promise everything that they can think of to get and maintain power. Next like Chicago and Illinois and California they go deeper and deeper in debt. Republicans come in and get the city, state or wh**ever on track to pay its bills and to continue growing. They cut pensions and exorbitant salary's and get a handle on spending verses income. Yes they may have to increase property taxes to help pay for the schools and this is typical all across this nation, if you want new infrastructure then pay for it by yourself and get out from under the feds great big thumb, stand up and be independent and stop crying like a two year old. People like you are all upset because the free lunch part is over and now everybody has to pay and nobody likes that. Your alternatives are v**e in the democrats back in and watch your city turn into the next Detroit.

Sorry to say it but democrats run thing very poorly. Just look around at the cities that are going well and those in trouble. They point to Clinton which is bull as he round the Dot.com and just before Bush was elected thing were already falling, don't believe me, just check the stock market.

you rant and rave,you dont even listen to what a person says,i said we had a nice city no debt,low crime,under dems. now reps. in charge we have out of control growth,or headed that way we now have taxes we didnt have, our crime rate is going up,if this is what reps. do i need no part of it,and also the city leaders now want salarys,and pensions,the dems. never asked for,say they need insurance,hell their part time,and i have no idea what you say quit crying the free lunch is over i aint never,had a free lunch.that seems the repub. way label evey liberal as living off the goverment,there is as many reps. living off the goverment as anybody,i do hope to get my ss in afew months as i have been retired,for some time living on my union won pension,but i guess when i sign up for ss i will be living off the goverment so be it,ill take it
