I am passing this on to opp ers because it really works
We could all use more peace and calm in our lives,and by following the advice of Dr Phil,you too can find inner peace and calm.
Dr Phil says "The way to achieve inner peace is to finish everything you have started and then failed to finish"
So I looked around the house to find all the things I had started but never finished.
Then before leaving the house this morning I finished off a bottle of Zinfadel,A bottle of Baileys Irish Cream,a package of Oreos,the remainder of my old Prozac pills,the rest of the cheese cake,some Doritos,a box of chocolates and a half quart of Jack.
you have no idea how much peace and calm I now have

If he finished off everything he enumerated, he is more than likely very calm in his eternal resting place, assuming, of course, it isn't too hot down there.
