No. It was pre-evident that you are the disillusioned one from your post. You managed to trash almost every aspect of this great country from it's education, it's youth, it's leaders, it's attitudes and feelings, to name a few.
Some leaders are shameless but not all are.
Attitudes--careless. Really? I am a pilot and if those folks in the control tower were careless about their job many people would be in a world of trouble.
Same of Police and Fire Dept's. Not all babies are fatherless, in fact the majority are not, just like all children are not mannerless. Country---Godless? What would you prefer...a Theocracy like Iran? You used profanity in describing the effect of your fear on your body, but puzzling is your byline of "man who throws mud loses ground". Based on what you said in your post you threw a lot of mud on this country.

The education system today STINKS. Young people are being graduated whether they have passed a class or not. Teachers can no longer correct the darling little brats.
Science is saying that microwaving your food is fast, but it is also doing things to the molecular structure that may not be good for you - please YOU nuke your food.
Cars are coming that will run themselves, of course if something goes wrong - you won't have a clue where to look, or what to do to fix it.
If relations were so meaningful, why are there so many divorces?

Not only are our youth jobless, many of them are living in their childhood bedroom, buried with college debt.
Feelings - heartless, when you read about some illegal raping, beating, and robbing an innocent victim, please point out how that creature has a heart, other than HE is alive.

Yes I saw your post as a clumsy attempt at right wing humor and I made an equally clumsy attempt to respond with a humorous put down of my own to take some of the sting and negativity out of it. Who knew it would ruffle so many bear feathers. And thank you all for the kneejerk assumption of my place in your tribal politics but you are wide of the mark.
With regard to this country and it's various evaluations, everyone is entitled to their opinions; the glass is half empty, half full depending on your worldview. Of course there are terrible things happening all around us but it has always been like that in one form or another....it's just that with the internet and 24 hr media we are drenched with negativity and bad news. If you read my post again I make the point that there are some very good people in this world and some of them live in America and some of those are unnoticed heroes in the trash talking (both sides) ratings driven 24 hour "news" cycle.

My Sunday wish is that you all have a pleasant day (even the nabob's of negativity) with someone you care about and if at all possible don't read the news.

Postscript : If you served your country in war time then I thank you for your service. My mention of being a Pilot was only to give personal emphasis to the
value of some very unacknowledged sharp and concientious people who keep the skies safe.
