Yet, totally plausible given the degree of political animosity that's rampant in our country. I read this with a huge degree of dread at the prospect of something like this 2nd Civil War actually occurring.

So much of this story reads like the kind of country so many of the extreme right-wingers who post on the OPP actually want the U.S. to become. I suppose, too, the media hate-mongers that collect millions of dollars annually, just for stirring the pot of hate and distrust, via lies and innuendo, would be among the first to claim that they had nothing to do with promoting a dissolution of the U.S.
