So glad you enjoyed them.
I watched them again and still got hysterical. I find it amazing that a woman of that girth could get herself into such positions. And the husband surely has some strength.
Mr. Carl was wonderful in that the audience could not pause in their laughter. Beautiful expressions, don't you think?

First vid, guy had a strong back. Second vid, If performed today, Carson and the comic would have been arrested by the thought police if he performed the indian part of his act. Both very good. Thanks.

It wasn't so very long ago when people did not "look" for something at which to take offense. Ethnic "jokes" were not always considered offensive. This only became popular when the "Black Man in the White House" actually won an e******n.
