I think this is thought provoking and is of similar in thought to how I view how the Constitution should be interpreted. I know some of my friends who are middle to slightly left will not necessarily agree and I know my far left adversaries will be livid. The far left believes the Constitution is like a piece of molding clay which can be changed at any whim like the flavor of the day at any ice cream parlor.

I want the Constitution to rule not some jerk off ideological attorney's interpretation on how he or she thinks the Constitution should rule, for that is the rule of man and is subject to change like the wind.
