No nitwit, the law went into effect in 1963, then was repealed by this administration w/ the defence budget in 2013.

Well finally a ver accurate post. But ideology of the right is very dangerous it's creating a division in this country that is unmatched with any period of time in the history of this country.
The right wing bases there facts on h**e, r****m, right wing religious extremism, phony scandals, v***r f***d, propaganda, death panels, and flat out lies. Then they take these facts and reverse it to be the left causing these problems. I have asked every right wing nut on OPP to show me one jobs bill, or any bill sponsored by the right that does anything for the poor or middle class and all I ever got was silence or insults. But that's the Tea Party there whole agenda is based on insults with no solutions to any problem facing this country.
