Sorry, you guys have no clue. The nutty OWO (NWO) conspiracy and screwy right wing blogs have blinded you. Every post I have ever seen concerning UN resolutions have been wildly distorted. A universal recommendation for regulations concerning the handicapped was turned into this bizarre attempt at a death panel for the handicapped. This is sick.
