Forbes has released a previously-unpublished memorandum, from the Congressional Research Service, stating: the White House has missed half of the deadlines legally required by the ACA (Affordable Care Act). And some of those deadlines remain unmet to this day.
Of the 82 deadlines identified by the CRS, the White House only finalized 32 of them on time. 17 deadlines were completed late, 24 were not completed as of May 31, 2013 and 9 have not been completed at all, as of this date. By its own admission, Forbes estimate of the White Houses failure was overly optimistic. It isnt half of the Affordable Care Acts legal obligations that werent met; the true figure is almost 62% of them. Worse still, according to Forbes, the CRS document was an addendum to a previously published examination of the administrations failure to adhere to its own legal deadlines: The new CRS memo, dated June 5, 2013, is an addendum to a series of previous reports in which the agency examined missed deadlines during the laws first two years.
The Chicago Tribune published an editorial on Sunday: How President Obama is Flouting Obamacare. Despite being a paper that is firmly in The Lyin Kings house, The Tribune article begins: Democrats strong-armed Obamacare into law three years ago. Now theyre busy flouting it.
The mandate that employers provide insurance next year or pay a penalty, as the law requires? Delayed for at least a year.
The laws dictate that people applying for federal subsidies to buy insurance provide proof that theyre eligible for the government aid? Scaled back.
Sharp limits on Americans out-of-pocket costs for health care? Suspended for a year.
Providing members of Congress and more than 10,000 staff members with federal health care subsidies that the law does not allow? Done, via a deal brokered by President Barack Obama.

Yes, on and on. And that is the point. 69% of all Americans, Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike, poll a decidedly negative view of the Affordable Care Act. Over 92% of federal workers dont want any part of the Affordable Care Act including the head of the IRS. Despite the catastrophic failure this looming entitlement presents, The Lyin King is working tirelessly on only one thing; he is kicking the can down the road, to bolster his plan, as is. When it suits him.
What makes the Imperial Presidents contravention of his own law worthy of mention? It is another example of the ongoing illegality he practices. He obeys laws or disregards laws and deadlines at will, such as submitting and passing national budgets, enforcing i*********n l*ws and the defense of marriage act, to name a few. It is no surprise that our Imperial President pays no attention to the legal restrictions imposed by the Constitution he swore to uphold and defend (twice, at his c****ations) or even those laws that he, himself, has imposed upon an unwilling nation. Mere chin-wag; he is above all that. And why shouldnt he be? No one ever holds him to account for his lapses. Obamacare is no exception.

The so-called "Health Care" is nothing of the sort! It is in fact, F*****T governmental controls over every aspect of the individual's daily life. Everything can be tied to Health Care. From salt to air! F*****ts LOVE ONLY MONEY, nothing else. Everything will be tied to COST! Past a certain age? Do not fit some profile? Not the right color of skin? Wearing glasses? Overweight? Virtually anything can be targeted for abuse.
This has happened in every other C*******t power grab in history. Why build DEATH camps when government can deny health care due to cost? The Kenyan's administration has already demonstrated just how cruel they actually are by denying a young girl a new lung. How contemptible!

Just so. obummer is a puppet for his masters. It's just a shame that he has the "power" to do what he has been doing and getting away with it. The shame is that it's being done "out in the open" and no matter how many people don't like it, it gets done anyway. There are so many scandals, crises, and blatant abuses that peoples' attention to details of those abuses is re-directed. It goes back to a "politically correct" atmosphere where people have a conflict over a "word" or a "practice" and forgets about the important aspects of the abuses. Being "politically correct" has given everyone something to think and complain about so that the important issues are "glossed over" and allowed to happen. It's like if someone said, "The r*****ds are taking over the country." Everyone would concentrate on the "politically incorrect" term "r*****ds", and not even think about the fact that muslims are trying to take over.
