Alpha is the first letter of the Greek alphabet; Omega is the last letter of the Greek Alphabet; And the scripture point it out that way -

You may be correct, I used the definition from where I got this avatar for universal peace.
I suppose they should have stated "One" of the oldest living languages. Though the Alpha -Omega symbol and alphabet does originate from the Greeks.
