Anyone that underestimates Russia at this point is making a huge mistake. The Russian Bear is back, and today it is a more formidable adversary than it ever was at any point during the Cold War.

Had the Soviets been able to find and develop the oil and gas Russia enjoys today they never would have collapsed. Oil can hide the sins of C*******m for a very long time

Crazyhorse has it pretty much correct , he did leave out the new fleet of air independent propulsion subs and two armored infantry divisions in the Kola peninsula , but everything else is pretty accurate
