Very salient points on rights and I believe all based on some kind of law devised by man or woman, you ladies have to shoulder at least some of the blame.

There was a day when those people could live together and then separate without either of them being the bad guy. I failed to see anything in the Supreme Court decision about one of the same sexers having to be the "male" in the joined group. Now I wonder if there is any way that we straight males can be forced to pay all those things if we get a divorce.

It becomes very clear that they never did want what the Court gave them. It may get more interesting as time goes along and courts have to decide who pays who.

It will stand the test of a standard divorce between heterosexuals..Same analogy in other words..G****r is not the deciding factor in a divorce...It is net worth of each and then property etc accumulated during said marriage..Most states are 50/50..If one works and the other doesn't, palimony/alimony will play a factor just as it is in a standard divorce..At least this is my present understanding of it having just read about it...The states laws in which they were married will govern..That is the only deciding factor...If adopted children are involved, child support will be awarded to the one that has "primary residence" of that minor...

No doubt a lot to be worked out but from the little I have seen this is the "basic foundation"...Who really knows until the waters are tested??????
