This is not about the educational system. This is all about unions, keeping the money source. As well as the educators staying in there positions even though they are not performing up to standards. Unions have ruined the higher education system. And they have made it so that no one can remove any one of tenure.
Walker is right. Why do the unions want to keep teachers that do not meet expectations. Teachers should teach how, not what.
