Before you h**ers get all crazy I am being sarcastic, however; there is some t***h in the statement. For instance when is the last time any one had to wonder which way the four liberals on the court would v**e? The Court decided to take up a case involving unions and forced dues. I guarantee we know which way the liberal judges will rule.

They have no authority to even take this case, but that hasn't stopped them in the past, I don't think it will stop them now.
