It begins: P*******es call for same rights as homosexuals

Question: Is this another case of unintended consequences…or INTENDED?

Excerpted from the Northern Colorado Gazette:

Using the same tactics used by “gay” rights activists, p*******es have begun to seek similar status arguing their desire for children is a sexual orientation no different than heterosexual or homosexuals.

Critics of the homosexual lifestyle have long claimed that once it became acceptable to identify homosexuality as simply an “alternative lifestyle” or sexual orientation, logically nothing would be off limits. “Gay” advocates have taken offense at such a position insisting this would never happen. However, psychiatrists are now beginning to advocate redefining p********a in the same way homosexuality was redefined several years ago.

In 1973 the American Psychiatric Association declassified homosexuality from its list of mental disorders. A group of psychiatrists with B4U-Act recently held a symposium proposing a new definition of p********a in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Health Disorders of the APA.

B4U-Act calls p*******es “minor-attracted people.” The organization’s website states its purpose is to, “help mental health professionals learn more about attraction to minors and to consider the effects of stereotyping, stigma and fear.”

In 1998 The APA issued a report claiming “that the ‘negative potential’ of adult sex with children was ‘overstated’ and that ‘the vast majority of both men and women reported no negative sexual effects from childhood sexual abuse experiences.”

P********a has already been granted protected status by the Federal Government. The Matthew Shephard and James Byrd, Jr. H**e Crimes Prevention Act lists “sexual orientation” as a protected class; however, it does not define the term.

Republicans attempted to add an amendment specifying that “p********a is not covered as an orientation;” however, the amendment was defeated by Democrats. Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-Fl) stated that all alternative sexual lifestyles should be protected under the law. “This bill addresses our resolve to end violence based on prejudice and to guarantee that all Americans, regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, g****r, sexual orientation, g****r identity, or disability or all of these ‘philias’ and fetishes and ‘isms’ that were put forward need not live in fear because of who they are. I urge my colleagues to v**e in favor of this rule.”

The White House praised the bill saying, “At root, this isn’t just about our laws; this is about who we are as a people. This is about whether we value one another – whether we embrace our differences rather than allowing them to become a source of animus.”

Earlier this year two psychologists in Canada declared that p********a is a sexual orientation just like homosexuality or heterosexuality.

Van Gijseghem, psychologist and retired professor of the University of Montreal, told members of Parliament, “P*******es are not simply people who commit a small offense from time to time but rather are grappling with what is equivalent to a sexual orientation just like another individual may be grappling with heterosexuality or even homosexuality.”

He went on to say, “True p*******es have an exclusive preference for children, which is the same as having a sexual orientation. You cannot change this person’s sexual orientation. He may, however, remain abstinent.”

When asked if he should be comparing p*******es to homosexuals, Van Gijseghem replied, “If, for instance, you were living in a society where heterosexuality is proscribed or prohibited and you were told that you had to get therapy to change your sexual orientation, you would probably say that that is slightly crazy. In other words, you would not accept that at all. I use this analogy to say that, yes indeed, p*******es do not change their sexual orientation.”

Dr. Quinsey, professor emeritus of psychology at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, agreed with Van Gijseghem. Quinsey said p*******es’ sexual interests prefer children and, “There is no evidence that this sort of preference can be changed through treatment or through anything else.”

In July, 2010 Harvard health Publications said, “P********a is a sexual orientation and unlikely to change. Treatment aims to enable someone to resist acting on his sexual urges.”

Linda Harvey, of Mission America, said the push for p*******es to have equal rights will become more and more common as L**T groups continue to assert themselves. “It’s all part of a plan to introduce sex to children at younger and younger ages; to convince them that normal friendship is actually a sexual attraction.”

Milton Diamond, a University of Hawaii professor and director of the Pacific Center for Sex and Society, stated that child pornography could be beneficial to society because, “Potential sex offenders use child pornography as a substitute for sex against children.”

Diamond is a distinguished lecturer for the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco. The IASHS openly advocated for the repeal of the Revolutionary war ban on homosexuals serving in the military.

The IASHS lists, on its website, a list of “basic sexual rights” that includes “the right to engage in sexual acts or activities of any kind whatsoever, providing they do not involve nonconsensual acts, violence, constraint, coercion or fraud.” Another right is to, “be free of persecution, condemnation, discrimination, or societal intervention in private sexual behavior” and “the freedom of any sexual thought, fantasy or desire.” The organization also says that no one should be “disadvantaged because of age.”

Sex offender laws protecting children have been challenged in several states including California, Georgia and Iowa. Sex offenders claim the laws prohibiting them from living near schools or parks are unfair because it penalizes them for life.

P********a the Next Battle Field in Normalization

P********a the Next Battle Field in Normalization

“Using the same tactics used by ‘gay’ rights activists, p*******es have begun to seek similar status arguing their desire for children is a sexual orientation no different than heterosexual or homosexuals.

Many of those who have opposed identifying homosexuality as merely an ‘alternative lifestyle,’ have been concerned that this would happen with other sexual orientations.” Gays and others supporting them have argued that this would never happen. But now it is.

The American Psychiatric Association (APA) is right in the middle of the drive to “normalize” p*******es. In 1973 it changed the classification of homosexuality from being a mental disorder and now considers it normal. The APA has also issued a 1998 supporting report in which it claims that there are no “negative effects” in either men or women from childhood sexual abuse.

Recently, a group of psychiatrists held a symposium and proposed a new definition for p*******es; “minor-attracted people.” And earlier this year, two Canadian psychologists suggested that p********a is a sexual orientation just like homosexuality or heterosexuality.”

Advocates of normalizing p********a argue that the government has already protected them by the H**e Crimes Prevention Act which list “sexual orientation” as a protected class. Though Republicans tried to pass an amendment in the U.S. Congress excluding p********a as a protected class, Democrats defeated it. Rep. Alcee Hastings (D-Fl) said that “all alternative sexual lifestyles should be protected under the law.”

The White House (as in President Obama) praised the [unamended] bill. “At root,” he said, “this isn’t just about our laws; this is about who we are as a people. This is about whether we value one another — whether we embrace our differences rather than allowing them to become a source of animus.”

Advocates of normalizing p********a are riding on the back of the success of the homosexual movement to promote their agenda. They try to make legal discrimination against p*******es and other fetishes and “isms” equivalent to race, color and religious discrimination. Psychiatrists argue, for instance, that p********a is like homosexuality in that a person cannot change this orientation.

“Linda Harvey, of Mission America, said the push for p*******es to have equal rights will become more and more common as L**T groups continue to assert themselves. ‘It’s all part of a plan’ she said ‘to introduce sex to children at younger and younger ages; to convince them that normal friendship is actually a sexual attraction.’”

There have also been legal challenges in several American states to sex offender laws.

Sexual perversion is described in scripture as one of the key features of the end times. “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves…, Without natural affection… lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God… 2 Timothy 3:1-4

Jesus characterized the end times like the times of Lot in Sodom. “Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot… Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.” Luke 17:28, 30

Redefining marriage redefines parenthood

February 12, 2015

Whenever same-sex marriage is talked about in the news, we are treated to countless pictures and testimonials of gay couples celebrating their new right. However, it’s rare that we hear from another party directly affected by this raging controversy—the children.

Understandably, the children who do speak publicly about their same-sex parents often express their love and support. But the rarest of the rare, and the ones often bullied and questioned when they do speak out, are those who are not so positive about their upbringing in a same-sex household.

Consider Katy Faust, a child raised by a lesbian couple, who suggested recently that redefining marriage necessarily includes redefining parenthood.

Now 38 years old, Faust loves both her mom, who got divorced, and the lesbian partner of her mother, who helped raise her. But that doesn’t mean that Katy is neutral on whether homosexuals should be able to marry.

In Public Discourse recently, Faust wrote a powerful open letter to Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy, who is widely considered to be the swing v**e in the coming high court ruling on the issue. In it, she tells us that the rights of children must trump the feelings of adults. She notes that in California’s Proposition 8 legal battle, Justice Kennedy agreed that the children living in households with gay partners must have a voice.

She just thinks that all of them, not just those that are affirming, should have a voice. “Children,” wrote Faust, “have a natural, fundamental right to the dual-g****r influence of their biological parents. The adults in this scenario,” she writes, “satisfy their heart’s desires, while the child bears the most significant cost: missing out on one or more of her biological parents. Making policy that intentionally deprives children of their fundamental rights is something that we should not endorse, incentivize, or promote.”

In other words, natural marriage matters for everyone.

Indeed, as the Manhattan Declaration notes, “Vast human experience confirms that…where marriage is honored, and where there is a flourishing marriage culture, everyone benefits—the spouses themselves, their children, the communities and societies in which they live. Where the marriage culture begins to erode, social pathologies of every sort quickly manifest themselves.”

This is true even when society says otherwise.

Indeed, Faust recounts how she felt the pressure to go along. “I remember how many times,” she wrote, “I repeated my speech: ‘I’m so happy that my parents got divorced so that I could know all of you wonderful women’,” Then she continues, “I cringe when I think of it now, because it was a lie. My parents’ divorce has been the most traumatic event in my thirty-eight years of life. While I did love my mother’s partner and friends, I would have traded every one of them to have my mom and my dad loving me under the same roof.”

As Faust notes, this isn’t just about being against anything, not even same-sex marriage. It’s about being for something. We support marriage between one man and one woman because it is the gift God gave humans for blessing and flourishing. My new book with Sean McDowell called “Same-Sex Marriage: A Thoughtful Approach to God’s Design for Marriage,” walks through the overwhelming evidence of the vital role both a mom and a dad have in the life of their children.

It’s a reality that Katy sees more fully now that she is a mother. “Now that I am a parent,” she says, “I see clearly the beautiful differences my husband and I bring to our family. I see the wholeness and health that my children receive because they have both of their parents living with and loving them. I see how important the role of their father is and how irreplaceable I am as their mother. … Neither of us is disposable.”

Sadly, same-sex marriage asserts, without evidence, that mothers or fathers are disposable in the life of a child. Funny, but we never say that when there’s a divorce, an adoption, or a death.
