Please allow me to bring this into respective. Like you said Negros comprise 13.2% of the population; that's roughly 4o million. W****s make up the rest including others. That's 76.8% of 320 million, in other words 255 million. Yet, Negros get 39% of all welfare. W****s 38% and others get the remainder. If the percentage of non-productives W****s were at the same ratio as Negros this country could not pay for welfare as it is now constructed. The whole budget would be consumed by Welfare. If it were not for the white productives and a few Negros the Negros in this country would be eating themselves and wearing bones in their noses Negros like to use heir history to extort benefits from the gov. Therefore, I feel justified in referring to bones in their noses because they are know to still be wearing bones in their noses in Africia.

Perhaps you should read your own chart. You imply that 13% of the people are getting 39% of the welfare dollars. What your chart shows is that 38% of welfare recipients are white and 39% are black.
