Actually they came up with a prayer for me on another thread "Beer and Colonoscopy." I was in real pain, bottom line - no colonoscopy tomorrow. I'm still keeping the bucket near.

I thought this poster couldn't have said it better. There was a Messianic Jew visiting a church in Algood. He said the times are like Ahab and Jezebel, also he said "First the Saturday people, then the Sunday people." We'd best pray for the rapture.

I think that, unless you Need it, skipping the colonoscopy is wise. We are still praying for you. Charlie is waiting for you, but God doesn't want you to go there yet, we need you too much. God bless and keep you always.

Do you have a right to prevent others from enjoying the same rights as you? If not, why would it matter what Christians think about homosexuality...

Two men having sex or two women having sex is not a right heathen. It is an abomination and a perversion.

So is oral and anal sex between heterosexuals but I don't see Christians saying people can't be married because they practice it. So the question remains why you think you have a right to prevent others the same rights as you....

Please provide scripture. It is quite obvious Solomon and his bride enjoyed oral sex in the " Song of Solomon " in the Bible. So do you just make this stuff up as you go along ?

I was reading "The Song of Solomon" by myself, and when I came to a verse, or in this case a book of the Bible that I did not understand, I would talk to the Lord about it. With this book, I said to the Lord, "Why is this in here, Lord, it is such a lascivious book?" The Holy Spirit told me, "This is the Lord's love for the Jewish people" What an eye opener - so then I was able to look at it in context, and had an entirely different attitude toward it. This is more like Jesus' parables, not to be taken literally.

It is not in my purview to judge them, or you, that is up to the Lord. As my mother would say to me when I may have wanted to do something she didn't want me to do - "If a friend was going to jump off a cliff, would you want to do that just because she did?" No doubt you know theft is wrong, if a friend wanted to start stealing things - would that make it right for you? It's the same in what you cite.

I am responsible ONLY for what I do, AND it is up to me to read the Bible to know wrong from right.

Good god you can't be that dense. Both oral and anal sex are sodomy. No need for the scripture as that is the definition. Put down your bible and pick up a dictionary once in a while...

It is not in my purview to judge them, or you, tha... (show quote)

Why do you need an instruction manual to understand right from wrong? Have you no compassion or empathy? Don't you have the ability to reason and understand the consequences of your actions?

And I've jumped off no cliff, stole nothing, and done nothing but stand up for the rights that all of us should be able to enjoy. So while you are busy not judging, if you would be so kind, stop judging me...

Fortunately, for me, the Lord put 'right and wrong' on my heart, I don't need a 'manual' to tell me. I do read the Bible.

I have not judged you. I am in NO position to JUDGE anyone other than to make judgement as to MY actions.
So, I ask, "why are you getting in my face as though I have judged you?"
