Actually, this is so dumb I have no response to it. Only in California can something like this happen. Their only salvation is that the San Andros fault take them on out to the Pacific ocean floor. With all the problems that exist in California, it is interesting which "problems" they choose to address. A similar approach to such stuff was recently taken by the Detroit City Council - they wrote to Holder insisting that Zimmerman be federally prosecuted.

If one would care to do a little soul searching, they would find that there are two areas that seem to come up with these weird proposals. And those areas are the West Coast and the East Coast, with Califruitti being the leader and New Yucki being a close second. Is it the effects of the Oceanic breeze, or is it that the weirdo just seem to congregate there?
