And many of these jobs can be filled by recent college graduates. If Americans can't be found to fill them though, what will companies that need these people probably do?

I guess $15/hr is all that matters. No one actually wants a good paying job with benefits these days. After all, how many bureaucrats would that eliminate in the Welfare Departments, state & federal?
