That is a very good link and there is too much t***h in it for most liberals to even try to reason what is being said.
The video reminds me very much of the TV show "Undercover Boss" that I love to watch because those bosses do so much for many of their people in so many ways.

Cute, but some of the comments below the pictures show that anything can be criticized or "over-thought. However, the main points are "right on".
