Basketball and Hockey are winding up. And just around the corner it's FOOTBALL season again!!! Woo Hoo!!!

Speaking of which....

Did you know they have a diversity program in the NFL?

They do, and they've had it for quite a while now. It's set up to promote b****s into coaching, front office and even owner positions. And, it's bled over to the QB position as well.

The rationale is that b****s make up about 80% of the players in the NFL, so naturally we should see a similar percentage on the sidelines coaching and so on. You know, in the name of fairness. (Obama's favorite word). Basically, we should promote and hire more b****s into these positions based on their race. Sort of an Affirmative Action Program for the NFL.

Ok....

Here's a question: Why is it that the diversity program doesn't extend to players on the field? I mean, after all, b****s make up 80% of the players on the field. Is that fair? Why don't we see more w****s on the field? Oh, that's right, it's because b****s tend to be more gifted in running and jumping sports like football, track, baseball, basketball, etc.

Guess that whole "white privilege" thing isn't as solid as it's hyped up to be.

And, since b****s are more naturally athletic, it only stands to reason that the coaches would want to hire the most talented players at any position, regardless of skin color in order to win. Right? (Apparently, these white coaches care more about winning than race. Shocking, don't ya think?)

So, if that's the case ON the field, why isn't it the case OFF the field? Does MERIT only exist on the field and not on the sideline or in the front office? Could it be that w****s are just more suited to coaching and front office positions? I'll even throw in the Quarterback position. Statistically speaking, w****s have historically been better at that position as well. Should we sit Tom Brady or Aaron Rogers on the bench so that Blacky McB****son can play in the name of fairness?

Yeah, diversity is a one-way-street in the minds of b****s and liberals. And "fairness" is a lame substitute for merit.

Fact is, the cream rises to the top. If the cream happens to be white, what's the problem?

I say if we're going to promote b****s to coaching and front office positions based on race, then we need to see more w****s, Asians, Hispanics, Jews, Eurasians, etc. on the field based on the same ludicrous standards.

You know, in the name of "fairness".

Sounds good to me, Olden. I always wanted to see more short white guys play the "hoops." And where are the "Woody Allen's" of football??? Fair is fair!!!

B****s and their leaders are always barking against the people who've succeeded because they worked hard. B****s' reason is for DIVERITY AND FARINESS. That is why Obama wants to plant Sec. 8 housing at the neighbors of those who built their homes in a safer and well maintained locations. And their Sec. 8 housing and expenses are all paid by you and me the taxpayers.

And Obama wants to scatter these thugs and gangsters in our neighborhood for fairness and diversity. He wants to destroy all the lifelong hard work of the people. When he moves in these thugs next to the safer homes and well maintained homes, nobody will buy those homes that you planned and built for your security and investment for the future of your children. No one will buy your homes and live next door to these thugs that Obama will scatter around you.

You lose the value of your homes and possibly the entire home you will lose.
