Price hikes in double digits next year. Young folks opting for the fines vs. buying a plan are k*****g the program but will suffer later as the fines increase. This thing just smells worse and worse the longer it lies in the sun.

Are you startled by this? It was clear from day one that this would be the result.

Amazing how liberals still call this law a success. It's unworkable but they don't care.

The Liberals/Democrats are dumbed down to an extent that everything the FRAUD says is "the word" for them.

Contrary to your beliefs, there are some things more important than money............health care when you need it.

The insurance companies in business years ago are the same ones providing your coverage today........no matter how much you say it, the government does not provide insurance.

The FORM is a GOVERNMENT creation. It is LAW. That is the opposite of the form of government we are supposed to have. The Ins. Co's that went along to get along are and were fools.

Not a bit, Peter. My sadness comes from my own party not sticking up for America when this a*********n was being rammed through Congress and the Senate by one party. The same party that created the mess in locked rooms, at night.

They will when it is fully implemented. They will then scream bloody murder, blame it on Bush and the Republicans, but by then it will be too late. Our only hope and salvation in now in the hands of the SCOTUS.

Our "President" says Congress can fix it with a one-sentence bill amending it. Hasn't he unilaterally amended it 4 dozen times already? He didn't need any Congress or Senate to change dates of implementation, delay certain mandates within the bill/law, etc. What kind of wonderful law takes 5 or 6 years to become fully operational?

It is scheduled, I believe, to be fully implemented on 1-1-2017. The full implementation isn't scheduled to become effective until after Obama is out of office, why I don't know. It can be checked I'm sure by Googling it.

Insurance lobbyists wrote the law and contributed 85 billion toward closing the donut hole in Medicare if the Democrats would drop the public option and leave them in control of the health care system
