It is that amendment that Obama fears more than any of the others. He knows that Governors have the power to fight him as long as that amendment is in good stead and it sure as hell still is. I would feel sorry for him if it weren't for the fact that he wants all the Constitution thrown aside so he can do his dictatorial ruling without fear of anyone else.

No one is above the law. Sadly the fraud-in-chief and eric the un-justice department believe they are. I believe states have the right to stand against the feds in every way they can under the Constitution. What is the difference between that or the National guard? I thought states controlled their Guards. I fear there will be a total breakdown if the country keeps following this direction. Maybe there will be a split red vs blue. It scares me, however I don't remember our country being this divided.I lived through the 60's and this is much worse. Obviously it is all due to this president.

State defense forces (SDF) (also known as state guards, state military reserves, or state m*****as) in the United States are military units that operate under the sole authority of a state government; they are partially regulated by the National Guard Bureau but they are not a part of the Army National Guard of the United States.[1] State defense forces are authorized by state and federal law and are under the command of the governor of each state.

State defense forces are distinct from their state's National Guard in that they cannot become federal entities (all state National Guard units can be federalized under the National Defense Act of 1933 with the creation of the National Guard of the United States.[2]) The federal government recognizes state defense forces under 32 U.S.C. § 109 which provides that state defense forces as a whole may not be called, ordered, or drafted into the armed forces of the United States, thus preserving their separation from the National Guard. However, under the same law, individual members serving in the state defense force are not exempt from service in the armed forces. But, under 32 USC § 109(e) "A person may not become a member of a defense force...if he is a member of a reserve component of the armed forces."

Nearly every state has laws authorizing state defense forces, and 22 states, plus Puerto Rico, have active SDFs with different levels of activity, support, and strength. State defense forces generally operate with emergency management and homeland security missions. Most SDFs are organized as army units, but air and naval units also exist.[3][4]

If he is not above the law why are people being jailed for just saying something about the fraud People that are no way near this guy clear across the country sitting in a garage say something about him and the FBI shows up at there door. What ever happened to freedom of speech sitting in your own garage. Is this Government allowed to be that Paranoid that they can go around arresting every one that don't like the fraud in the first place No one likes a lawbreaker I don't, and i will call them what i want. While i am sitting in my garage. As far as i am concerned he is sitting in the White House illegally in the first place.And no one has the guts to boot him out except maybe Sara Palin.
