So NAS Guantanamo Bay'91-93, and in '94--96 VAW 121, USS George Washington(CVN-73) and Arizona Army National Guard '01-'04.
and it is nice to see fellow veterans, and especially fellow, sailors on this site.
However, you are also 100% right about this administration, the Democrats and Republicans. Service like the above happens when airmen, sailors and soldiers, work together not because they have to but because they want to. And under the feeling of wanting to, this nation is great. Imagine, with a crew of five people, we uploaded six c five aircraft in less than seven days. Which means we recovered them, we unloaded supplies, we palletized the cargo, we loaded the cargo, and we launched the birds. And what is not mentioned is because of the way Leeward point of NAS, is set up, every third C-5 would break an engine, during this operation, and we had to work around these issues.
During the Bush Sr. administration we could accomplish anything. During the Clinton tyrannical administration and Obama's tyrannical administration under the umbrella of force, this is not possible. Therefore, I as one of many who was commended in 92, do agree with you.
