Yesterday, you needn't be a horseman nor women to see the beauty in this.

I've ridden a few but in no way could I ever be considered a horseman. For a very brief monument yesterday I became one.
Watching American Pharaoh win the Triple Crown was an incredible experience in watching two distinct beings working as one. The jockey was very good. The horse was flat out phenomenal. An unbelievable fluid, beautiful long stretching stride he maintained throughout the race. Coming out of the first turn you will see the marked difference between his stride and all others. Magnificent.
Watch here. You will see.

Kind of takes me back. Way way back to my running years. The stride on this animal is near unbelievable and to maintain it, well simply awesome. Anyone who has run or has had an interest in it knows how much hard work and dedication goes into that much development. Koodo's to the whole team for seeing the heart and potential in this incredible horse. Without horses mankind would still be tilling the land by hand and traveling by foot.

It's hard to believe Espinosa was once afraid of horses.
