Obama Was Indonesian Citizen When Attending Occidental College Claims Witness to Records

Dr. Orly Taitz, Esquire is a dentist and attorney. She is also the Founder of Defend Our Freedoms Foundation. Over the last four years, Taitz has become one of the active ‘birthers’ in the nation, filing a number of lawsuits and request for information under the Freedom of Information Act.

One of the cases she filed was to compel Barack Obama to produce his registration record at Occidental College. The case is Taitz v. Obama, Feinstein, Emken and is now being appealed in the Fourth District Court of Appeals in the Superior Court of California. The case number is G047746 and the Superior Court case number is 30-2012-00582135.

The original case claimed that there was over 100 pages of documentation proving that Barack Obama was indeed a citizen of Indonesia at the time of his college registration at Occidental College and that he used forged and fraudulent means to secure IDs. Superior Court Judge Charles Marginis ruled in favor of Occidental College and denied the motion to force the production of Obama’s college registration forms.

The appeal was re-instated by the Chief Judge of the Fourth District Court of Appeal Kathleen O’Leary.

When the case was appealed, all parties were given 15 days to file their Appellee’s brief. Taitz filed her brief with the court in the allotted time. When Obama, Feinstein and Emken failed to file their briefs, they were given an additional 15 days and once again they failed to file their Appellee’s brief.

In response the failure of the Appellees, Taitz filed a notice with the court that contained a notice of the failure of the Appellees to file their briefs within the allotted time frame. She also submitted additional information with the court stating that she was recently approached by a woman who claimed to work for the Higher Education Services Corporation in Albany, New York. The whistle-blower told Taitz that she had personally seen and reviewed Barack Obama’s financial aid information at Occidental College. That information listed the financial aid he received due to the fact that he was a foreign student and a citizen of Indonesia.

The whistle-blower provider her name, work email, personal email, home and cell phone numbers. Through investigation, Taitz has verified that woman’s information and her employment at the Higher Education Services Corporation. Taitz also noted in her updated filing that when Obama t***sferred from Occidental College to Columbia that his financial aid information would also t***sfer and that it would have gone through the hands of the Higher Education Services Corporation in Albany, New York.

Taitz was informed by the whistle-blower that Higher Education Services Corporation’s policy is to never destroy any records, but to preserve them on microfilm in a safe at the corporation. She also said that several employees made copies of the microfilm containing Obama’s information just in case the company decided to destroy the evidence.

She stated that the whistle-blower came forward because she is concerned that Obama is not eligible to be President since he is, or was, an Indonesian citizen. In lieu of this new information, she is again requesting that the court compels Barack Obama and /or Occidental College to provide his registration and financial aid information.

Whether you believe Taitz claim or not, you have ask yourself why has Obama spent over $3 million to hide and conceal virtually every piece of personal history and documentation from his birth to his e******n as President? What secrets are contained in these documents that he fears? If he is a US citizen as he claims, wouldn’t it make sense for him to provide his records and put all of the controversy and birther conspiracies to rest? If he has nothing to hide, then why is he going to such great lengths to hide it?

None of that matters because Obama is not a natural born citizen of the U.S. Being a citizen of Indonesia doesn't really matter because Obama never was a natural born citizen of the U.S. His f**e birth certificate doesn't matter because he is not a natural born citizen no matter where he was born.

I guess the FACT that he is not a natural born citizen, maybe not any kind of U.S. citizen doesn't matter either because the people who could do something about his usurpation of the presidency are owned by the same people who own Obama.

I don't understand why people get so exicted about his Indonesian citizenship or his phoney birth certificate when it is such a simple fact that he is not a natural born citizen. That's all that should matter. The link leads to a simple explanation of what a natural born citizen is. I don't understand why people can't understand it.

Quid Pro Quo, hprinze: I understand what you are saying, but you plead a case too far. What makes you think I am excited about an issue, just because I post it up for consideration. It is at least relevant, notwithstanding you think your issue is controlling, which it may well be.

Why else would he fight so hard to keep his enrollment records from Occidental hidden? The progs have tried very hard to make the lady seem as stupid as they are but have never even tried to prove that he didn't enroll there as an Indonesian citizen.

The part of this one I love is that they really have no proof other than what courts have said.

I have studied BO for 5 years. I can assure everyone that BO is an i*****l a***n, not qualified to serve as POTUS. He has pulled the wool over almost all American citizens. Well, I am one who knows that he is illegal. I agree with Joe Arpaio 100%. You ask, what difference does it make? (Hillary Clinton quote?) If we could rid ourselves of this scourage, all of his laws made by Executive order would be null and void. Even Democ rats should be able to see that.

Yoy are not the only one who knows Obama is illegal

The problem is that the people who have the power to get rid of Obama have no intention of doing so. People talk about conspiracy theory, but the teal huge conspiracy is the one that allowed Obama to usurp the offuce of president..

I think the lack of intent to get rid of him is plainly demonstrated by the fact that over a hundred legal cases have been brought to force Obama to prove his eligibility. Not one of those cases have been tried, with all the evidence being heard, and a ruling issued that Obama is or is not a natural born citizen eligible to be president. All the cases have been sidetracked, covered up, dismised without hearing, or otherwise disposed of without any ruling on Obama;s eligibility.

One supreme court justice stated to a news source that the court was evading the issue.

It seems that the powers who control Obama also control the legislative and judicial branches of government.

Back in 1912 the 8th grade history test asked what are the qualifications to be president of the United States of America. Back then you had to know and be able to answer that question. When they went out on the street in San Diego CA and talked to college grads and asked the same question all of them failed miserably. Does this give you a clue. One college girl asked what difference does ti make if his mother had a "C" section or not. With these answers is it any wonder. Next up for President of the United States a Brazilian drug lord.

This also makes one wonder how much of the federal government is on the dole and to whom are they beholden to. Would it be George Soros or someone that is a front for him. The left has us at a distinct disadvantage because of our Christian nature and our nature of trust we are very gullible to these things. I think we need to find some people who are from the scum of the earth and who have accepted Christ and are saved to be able to read these people for us.

Unfortunately as it was at the time of Noah so shall it be at the coming of the Lord. For in the time of Noah the were eating and drinking and marrying and giving in marriage even as Noah and his sons and his sons wives entered into the boat. I used to think that everyone was a Christian and that the Bible verse of wide is the way to destruction and narrow is the way to salvation wasn't true because of so many people as a youngster that I knew were what I called Christian. As I got older and more mature I have changed my mind completely.
