Except possibly the cities which agreed to them figuring the debt wouldn't come due while they were still in office. Now we're seeing why they needed tougher negotiators when they were "hammering" out those wonderful contracts.

These plans are literally bankrupting many cities today as shown in the link. No one saw this coming??
