There is a fascinating course about the reasons people deny that g****l w*****g/c*****e c****e is happening or that these are man-made. I have been participating in discussions of these subjects in depth for months, as Blade Runner and a few others will tell you. What I have been trying to understand how folks many of whom are intelligent can deny the existence of these things or that they are man-made. Find this information at

If you are open to learning the evidence that these things are real and in learning how and why some people (fortunately a minority) don't believe they are real or man-made, then tou would find the intellectual effort of taking this course (it is free) worthwhile. However, if you want to engage in motivation thinking and ignore facts, don't bother.

Fact: No, it wasn't. NASA ignored it's own and others satellite data (the best there is) beause they show no warming.

P.S. The Chinese merely agreed to build coal mines as fast as they can and then maybe think about emitting less CO2 in 2030 -- the year they projected their emissions would peak anyway!

Here's some facts for you: 1) more scientists and even the IPCC now admit that climate is more solar driven by solar cycles than previously thought. 2) There has been no g****l w*****g for the past 18 yrs. and possibly 40 yrs. per satellite data which is the most accurate. 3) The % of Co2 in the atmosphere is only .04 of 1%. Far to low to cause a greenhouse effect. A greenhouse effect in our atmosphere has never been proven. 4) There were periods in the past when Co2 was much higher with no warming. 5) computer models have consistently been proven wrong and data input found to be skewed to fit intended results. 6) Climate warming propaganda is driven by governments wanting more taxes and more control over the people. Also is a tool to bring down economies for the eventual takeover by a one world government. 7) always follow the money trail.

There is only one problem here: your facts are not facts. You motivated reasoners who deny c*****e c****e and g****l w*****g are really fun to watch. Your denial mechanisms boggle the mind.

C*****e c****e has been occurring continuously over the entire history of earth. You demonstrate intellectual weakness and slimy diversion by even mentioning c*****e c****e as you did. Nobody denies c*****e c****es, as you know despite your comment.

Anthropogenic g****l w*****g is another matter entirely. These claims suffer several fatal problems:

1. Nobody has shown that man's CO2 emissions actually do affect global temperatures, dominating the sun's effect, major greenhouse gas: water vapor, natural CO2 emissions, and on and on. This is simply a hypothesis - a "what if".
2. G****l w*****g projections are based on useless computer models. And none of these models actually work. None has correctly predicted future temperatures, none can retroactively predict actual temperatures.
3. Critical data input into climate models has frequently been fabricated, "adjusted", or taken from thermometers placed in hot places like near A/C units.
4. Corrupt scientists use this s**m to enrich themselves and corrupt politicians use it to acquire power and wealth, notably the f*****t politicians using it to wage war on coal and strangle our economy.

Maybe you should consider whether you are just a member of another religious cult, mindlessly and slavishly accepting wh**ever crap is fed to you.

See graph below. For most of the past 8000 years, the average global temperature was higher than the present. There was an insignificant amount carbon emissions from humans during global temperature spikes in 7000 BC, 6100 BC, 5000 BC, 3700 BC, 3000BC, 1400 BC and 1000 AD. What caused those big increases? It had to be the sun.

No matter if we decrease man made carbon emissions to zero, which we can't do, the sun alone could easily spike global temperatures to higher levels than any actions of man could. And yes, I know that some scientists disagree with the exact temperatures of the Easterbrook graph, but they are arguing hundredths or possibly tenths of a degree. They actually agree that the higher temperatures actually are correct.

Nope, not interested, and the only thing that piques my curiosity is just how convoluted the pseudo-science surrounding AGW can become and the number of fools who fall for it.

93 million miles from our earth sits this humungous ball of very hot gases, it is a massive nuclear fire that contains 99.86% of the mass in the entire solar system. We call this thing the Sun. The mass of this star equals 1.3 million earths. Big sucka, but as the size of stars go, it is tiny compared to super-giants like Antares and Betelgeuse. However, our Sun is the most critical celestial body for sustaining life on earth. And, some 5 billion years from now, when the sun goes Nova, that will come to an end. Then will come the only time our earth (and the entire solar system for that matter) will be in any danger of "over heating".

Some years ago, based on the Astrophysical science regarding Novas, I wrote a short story about that very event. It is called "A Cool Day on a Highway in Hell." This is the story of one man's struggle to face the end bravely and with his dignity intact.

Bloody damned shame that there are humans who so despise their own existence and who are so arrogant to believe that humans have more influence on the earth's climate than the Sun. AGW is the biggest power-grab political s**m ever perpetrated on the human race.

You missed an important point. While what you state are "facts," and they are not "facts", the course is about THE DENIAL OF C*****E C****E AND THE ARGUMENTS AND PSYCHOLOGICAL REASONS PEOPLE REJECT THE FACTS OF C*****E C****E.

It is as much a psychology course as it is a science course. It is about the motivated reasoning and beliefs of people who deny c*****e c****e. It is about the red herrings, the misinformation you folks put out and believe, and IT IS ABOUT WHY YOU BELIEVE THE WAY YOU DO.
