More evidence of rampant federal government intrusion. Let the free market solve this, they're increasing our deficit. Flood insurance and church charity will fix this. Texas should reject all federal funds and assistance to stay true to their beliefs. And it is unconstitutional for Obama to send any funds there without passing it through Congress first. It is socialism to take from the rest of us and redistribute it to a few in Texas.

1. The h**e and envy for Texas is because Texas is a success for Americans and for America as a whole. Without Texas' successes, the American economy would suck much-much than it does right now.
