Does anybody know if W Bush, D cheney, W Kristal, G Tenet, R Perle or P Wolfowitz will be addressing any memorial day service for all the Americans that made the ultimate sacrifice for the invasion and occupation of Iraq?

Interesting question, I haven't heard anything about that happening.

Republicans block Veterans benefits bill!

Very true, Raylan Wolfe, none of those people listed are elected or electable, so they could make a dedication/apology without pissing "thrifty" constituents off.

All on this infamous list did not have the balls to serve in the military. I included all because W Bush was the most cowardly for failing to maintain his flying physical, ensuring that he would not be called upon to fly in combat.

Addressing veterans is not high on their priority list. However, they were all instrumental in advocating for some of us, our sons, and our daughters doing our patriotic deed of serving the country, while they sat around sipping mint juleps and patting each other on the ass. They are all war mongering, cowardly, chicken (chit) hawks who should have been prosecuted for war crimes.

Exactly what did any of you do to honor a Veteran, shopped a sale, drank beer, had burgers, etc.

No I sat at home waiting to see if x president Chaney was going to address our Vets. I was looking for Vice President Rumsfeld but he did not show up.

But I can understand it was a bad week for the clown car of GOP candidates finally admitting the Iraq war was a bad idea. Now all we need is for the GOP to come out and tell the American people at what cost for this GOP blunder. Stop the propaganda about Obama creating ISIS and explain to the American people without the lies. It's time for the GOP to come clean.

Then explain to the American people why they v**ed against Veterans benefits 12 times since 1983. But v**ed for corporate tax breaks, deregulation of the financial institutes. Then blame Obama for screwing up the VA.

I went shopping (helping the economy) and stopped and had a chat with a VFW representative distributing poppies. Found out that we had a lot in common (both retired vets). What did you do?

Attended 9:00AM services at the National Cathederal, proceeded to downtown DC and watched Rolling Thunder do their annual Honor Ride, helped an independent food vendor earn income by purchasing food, beverage and water, proceeded to the Tomb of the Unknown and then went to Arlington Cemetry for visitation at graves to place flowers.

Tomorrow I will be at The Wall.

Wow...a full day for you. I had the privilege of watching Rolling Thunder in 1994 and was quite impressed with the sheer number of riders.

At 11::00AM this morning there were no spaces left in the Pentagon Parking lot for bikes. Have you seen the Pentagon Parking Lot and the fact each parking space can hold to cycles?
