That was lovely to listen to - anytime - and particularly
this weekend, especially when many people just think of
Memorial Day and a 3 day weekend, to barbeque, etc., or go to Fire Island, if on East Coast, etc.
How fortunate Tacoma has this man.

I posted that video, and the "Taps" lyrics last week, but "ADMIM" decided it was not political, and consigned it to the "Chit-chat" dustbin, and only 3 people saw it. That pissed me off...who is making these arbitrary decisions? If I thought it didn't' have political/patriotic value, I never would have pasted it in the first place

Geezer, at least PoppaGringo posted it. I've no idea how the Admin works. It puzzles me, as well. My topics have been "merged", and I don't know what that means. Some are deleted, even though they were pretty innocuous. Not so political - maybe just what is
chit-chat. Send a private message to the Admin would be my suggestion, and ASK for an answer to you
personally.

He/She said it wasn't political! I replied that a video of a vet playing Taps along with they lyrics from Taps on Memorial day weekend could certainly be considered political, but got no answer. Maybe it's a robo-thing that just looks for key words. With the volume of posts here, I have to think they'd need an army of admins to screen them all.

They have made such decisions on my posts too. I think it is by key words not actually reading the posts.
