The American Sniper. Now I know why liberals h**e it so....
Sniper just came out in Walmart. My lovely wife purchased a copy and brought it home for us to watch.
I put on some popcorn, poured a beer and noticed my wife had left a newly opened box of tissue on the table between us.
Now I know why the liberals (especially those with a name like Barack Hussein Obama ) try their best, to dissuade everyone else from watching it.
America. Come awake and watch this flick... There is a lot to learn - so wake the flick up!

I think libs h**e it because it's patriotic and therefore against their religious beliefs.

From Rolling Stone: (can you smell their bias?)
"Forrest Gump pulled in over half a billion and won Best Picture. So what exactly should we have expected from American Sniper?
Not much. But even by the low low standards of this business, it still manages to sink to a new depth or two.
The thing is, the mere act of trying to make a typically Hollywoodian one-note fairy tale set in the middle of the insane moral morass that is/was the Iraq occupation is both dumber and more arrogant than anything George Bush or even Dick Cheney ever tried."
Wait a minute. Was it Rolling stoned that had to apologize to a Fraternity about rape accusations?
Been waiting for the opportunity to expose this butch.

The question is, what is their 'religious' beliefs? OWS on their way to Utopia?

I wasn't aware that "liberals" were trying to get folks to avoid watching this movie. I don't see why they would in any case. The guy was just doing his job and he happened to be better at it than most. Don't they realize how many kids he saved?
Anyway, sometimes it's impossible to understand why some folks do the things they do. Maybe a tragic event in their childhood, or something like that.

"Flick you, Ghost," he said laughingly. "Sniper," "Lone Survivor," "Saving Private Ryan" and "Fury," should be must watch movies for any lawmaker who wants to send us to war. Not that we shouldn't go to war because there are times when that is the only next step but whenever we go in we should go in to win. Give it to the Generals & Admirals and get the heck out of their way. Wh**ever we
think we've been doing since Korea has
not been fighting wars for damn sure.
If you like it you may also like The Hornet's Nest, a groundbreaking and immersive feature film, using real footage and told through a father and son's eyes.

Well Dennis. You are partially correct.
I suggest we only elect representatives who have actually been to war in the first place.
Followed by their willingness to grab a weapon and participate in any they authorize. At least when congress takes a vacation -- so they can campaign. (a whole new meaning to the word "campaign")
It also used to be that field officers were out in it, not hiding behind it.
You know; someone like Stormin-Norman, Jack Kennedy, Bush or Teddy Roosevelt, not Theodore or Billy-Bob Clinton.
Such war lies Hillary would have to draw from..... A sniper here, a sniper there, a sniper everywhere.

This liberal hasn't told a single person not to watch it.
I think that they should so that then a conversation can ensue that details the morals of sending someone off to war to then suffer from PTSD and not care for them adequately.

If you want to have a conversation, then why don't we start one in depth right here?
Here is your beginning topic--"crosses"... Ready to write, or does a r*****d have your keyboard?
Maybe this is something you can relate to?
Think about it

This country has NEVER cared for it's Veterans properly. When the wars start is when they should start gearing up for the influx of new Veterans, but they always act surprised when they show up.
In my opinion, the Veterans Administration needs to be rolled over into the DoD. That would ensure continuity of care and prevent the funding boondoggle and make sure that no one is "surprised" when new Veterans appear.
Remember, 'we'll get to the bottom of this' yet one person has been let go from the VA. The bottom isn't deeper?

Oh it's FAR deeper. The problem is, the bottom 2/3's is mired in thick doo doo, thus disguising it. Politicians think doo doo looks normal, smells normal and feels normal - so they don't think to look any further.
Here's a question: Why in the hell are we paying bonuses to folks, just to do their jobs? When did "not getting fired" cease to be sufficient motivation for a person to do their damn job?
This is the cancer lurking below the skin of EVERY Federal department, agency and bureau. The civil services are the single largest entitlement program the Government has, yet, none of the politicians realizes it or speaks about it.
If Walmart ran it's company the way the federal government does, it'd have been bankrupt and sold off many, many years ago. The obvious answer to American poverty, is to put EVERYONE on the civil service payroll. That way, they can do as they please, show up for work, or not, not worry about getting fired - and enjoy the best retirement our money can buy.
