Yes that is! Last time we went to the Clearwater Marina they were selling fish to feed dolphins that would come along side.

Friends of mine in Big Pine Key made friends with a Great White Heron. First time I visited, I was told where they kept the bait fish for Huey, and to not be alarmed if, first thing in the morning, Huey could be standing in the kitchen patiently waiting for breakfast!! Sure enough, making coffee, I heard the door open, yes, Huey had figured out how to let himself in and so I ambled over, retrieved a nice bait fish from the freezer, thawed it in the microwave and presented it on a paper plate. The paper plate was so Huey wouldn't inadvertently impale my hand. Fond memory.....
