Just kidding, of course, I have been horrid since about the age of four. Contrary, opinionated, disrespectful, insensitive, bossy, and arrogant. My lifetime MO. For forty-four years I thought this was "their problem": deal with it, I am what I am. Like it or lump it. I was not fully aware so many had lumped it...and how many I had hurt or caused a problem in their life. Whooping t***sformation (free running snot, cannot catch my breath, wailing for twenty minutes). How could I have been so blind for so long?
The breakthrough came with realizing that anger does not mean I am right. Before it did. The thinking was, if I was angry with a particular person, place, thing, or situation, some harm or foul had been committed. Why else be angry? Multiple other reasons all having to do with myself. Shocking! I am in limbo, heart and mind wise.

You may not be the best person who ever lived, but you are FAR from the worst. Since neither of us knows everyone who ever lived we must have an exceptionally limited frame of reference. the best that we can do is strive to become better, more loving,and understanding every day, calling on God's help to be a better Christian each day than we were the day before, and a more honorable human being, always seeking God's t***h.

I am glad for your epiphany. Now that you have admitted you are not the best person who ever lived, it will be easier for you to accept that the title belongs to me. Did I mention I am also the most modest?

Really? What if they are a liar? This point was not covered. If I called someone a liar and he or she was not, I made a mistake and would humbly apologize. However, I would not make such a claim unless there was more than ample evidence to support it. Yet if that person is, what have i done wrong?
I am not looking to get on your highly limited and judgmental "best person" list. I am truly very tired of judgmental Christians. We are human beings, stupid, grand, wrong, wise, able, weak, and so forth in our season and fashion. I will let Jesus decide my heart and actions, not you.

Hmmm....it is not about being a Christian (judgmental or not). It is called basic civility and manners. God and Jesus are the entities to judge your heart. Others can discern civility or lack thereof.
